Abstract

Ethics, like in any other rule of an organization, is very important inside a project, and it has to be complied with all the rules, percepts and standards which are in force. Discrimination and harassment are serious breakdowns of the ethics laws and therefore is has to fight by all means against them; the project manager and all the other team members are the first whose should take attitude and try to eradicate this phenomenon.
