Abstract

This communication attempts to bring up the unacceptable situation the Romanian society is in relative to the possibilities offered by the current science and technique. Although most major issues of the social and economic life are solved in elevated manners at the society level, Romanian organizations especially at micro level, but quite frequently at macro-level do not use modern instruments which may be within reach of Government and organizational officials. We do not intend to solve this situation by those shown below, but we hope that our signals would spiritually awake the Romanian people and particularly its leading representatives.
