Abstract

The article considers the features of the Genesis, interaction and co-evolution of technological and institutional environments of post-industrial society, based on electronic platforms and communications. The conclusion is that the balance, dynamics and prospects of development of the network of the information society with adequate and synergy of interactive digital technologies, ethos, and the institutional architecture of civil society and legal state.
