Abstract

The article considers the factors influencing the interaction between the ombudsman institution and human rights organizations, experts as exemplified by the subjects of Northwestern, Central, Volga Federal Districts and Sverdlovsk region. On the basis of the pointed factors the author works out models of interaction between an ombudsman and a non-profit organization.
