Abstract

The author makes a conclusion that in present days there is a real threat of committing coup d’etat in a particular country. Therewith, the analysis of the events known as «orange revolutions» allows making a conclusion about an essential external factor which was the cause of illegitimate overthrow of state power. In connection with the mentioned above the author proposes a thesis about the right of state power to protect itself by means of official enforcement.
