Abstract

The article presents personal typological determiners of human resources strategies with the involvement of empiric material. It is found that managerial strategies have their own labor risks determined by individual typological component of psychological reliability manifested in “classes of danger” of civil and municipal officers personality. Particularly, the managerial strategy of dynamic growth is peculiar to officers with “danger class” Ethic and Active, strategy of profit is peculiar to the officers with “danger class” Reserved and Provident, liquidation strategy – Delicate and Searching, and cyclic strategy – officers with the “danger class” Loyal. Managerial strategies can be easily varied in accordance with dominating “danger class” of a civil and municipal officers personality, which will help manage the labor risks turning them into the employees resources and increasing the organization security.
