Abstract

The authors consider theoretical background for studying and forming professional identification of public officials. Stages of forming and levels of formedness of public officials’ professional identity, conditions and factors of its formation are outlined. On the basis of the analysis the authors suggest a model of public officials’ professional identification in the Russian Federation.
