Abstract

The article reveals the features of the use of factoring and forfeiting for the development of socio-economic infrastructure at the city level. The principles, directions and factors of application of these tools are defined. Formed reveals the advantages of forfeiting by the exporter and importer. The forfeiting is a tool that allows to develop an anti-crisis strategy in terms of minimizing risks, since the forfeiter takes on all the risks during forfeiting are determined. As a result, the testing of Russian experience in the implementation of factoring and forfeiting tools in the conditions of the Donetsk People's Republic will contribute to the development of infrastructure support for the development of the city.
