Abstract

The modern state, pursuing economic policy, is increasingly paying attention to objective trends in the development of the economy, economic relations in the reproductive process, including in the aspect of geo-economics. At the same time, it is based on available resources and takes into account, first of all, its own economic opportunities and national interests. Hence the relevance of the problem and attention to economic, financial and legal means and mechanisms for regulating the economy, which allow solving both domestic and foreign economic problems. Today, the role of state economic policy in geo-economics and, above all, in such strategic areas as innovative technologies, digitalization, the transition to resource-saving technologies and the country's participation in the global financial system is increasing. It should be emphasized that the state at the same time acts both as a full-fledged subject of the economy and as its regulator.
