Abstract

The article is devoted to the specifics of political activity at the present stage. Special attention is paid to the relationship between political activity and justice. Within the framework of the correlation of these concepts, the problem of the collision of the people's right to self-determination and the right of territorial integrity is analyzed. The aspect of the correlation of political activity and law is considered.
