Abstract

The article discusses issues related to the introduction of a new concept of interaction between the state and citizens and business on the basis of omnichannel, proactivity of services within the framework of the policy of digital transformation of all spheres of society. Infocommunication client services are becoming a new stage in the development of the provision of state and municipal services. The purpose of the research is to develop proposals for the development of client services in the Rostov region. For this purpose, a comparative analysis of infocommunication services of the leading regions in this matter was carried out: Moscow, St. Petersburg, the Republic of Tatarstan. It is noted that for the development of such services and their distribution, its own regional portal is needed, despite the fact that the services exist separately from the main platform. Proposals for the creation of infocommunication services in the provision of state and municipal services in the Rostov region have been formulated, and the possibility of their integration into existing regional projects is shown.
