Abstract

The study is aimed at establishing the acceptability of long-term career plans in planning the official growth of state and municipal employees. The purpose of the study – based on the analysis of existing theories of long – term career planning of officials with the use of long-term individual plans of job growth, as well as the study of the features of the organization of public service and municipal service in the Russian Federation to assess the acceptability of their use by the authorities, as well as to offer a tool for individual planning-short-term plans for professional development of employees consulting type.
