Abstract

Global development trends of non-cash payments convert the work of commercial banks to fundamentally new level. A global network was formed covering financial structures of almost all countries of the world. Being the most popular means of non-cash payments, development of banking operations with plastic cards faces a number of problems that require close attention. These are the problems of fraud in digital sphere, the problems of underdeveloped infrastructure and a number of other problems.
