Abstract

The relevance of the topic. The article is devoted to the study of the problem of the formation of the identity of the economic system under the influence of external influences and taking into account internal disturbances. The «genetic» code of the ecosystem, according to the authors, programs its behavior and determines the prospects for development. In order to effectively manage the development of the ecosystem, it is necessary to try to determine the historical prerequisites for its formation, identify trends and establish patterns of realization of its potential. In the sciences related to economics, the problem of historical justice is raised, i.e. an event (phenomenon, the life of a historical character) that should have happened a long time ago and finally happened. Going beyond this simplified view, the authors have introduced a definition — «the economy of historical justice». Goal. The study of the economics of historical justice by analyzing the process of realization by the system of its potential, limited by the possibilities for self-adjustment and self-organization, the content of which is determined by the dominant «genes», which are social roles, productions and activities that traditionally determine the specialization of the ecosystem. Methodology. Methods of logical and comparative analysis of ecosystem management practices at various levels, the method of analogies, methods of analysis and synthesis, empirical generalization, monographic method. Results and conclusions. Using logical research methods and a dialectical approach, as well as relying on theoretical concepts that form the paradigm of modern economics, sociology and philosophy, the authors attempted a scientific search for historical justice in the relations of economic agents seeking to ensure their development. Based on the logic of rational constructive creative behavior of ecosystem elements, it is established that all of them will strive to implement their «genetic» program. Executive bodies of state power, corporate managers and heads of organizations in various sectors of the economy can and should use this information when developing strategic plans in accordance with the principle of indicative. Scope of application. Management of economic systems of any level of complexity, the structural elements of which interact to ensure their development.
