Abstract

Services suburban population is widely in demand of a large number of Russian regions. However, despite the implementation of structural reforms in the railway transport in the suburban passenger traffic is still not established mechanisms to improve the efficiency and quality of services. Purpose of the article - to show the necessity and urgency of further improvement throughout the organization commuter rail in Russia.
