Analysis of the interaction of the banking sector and small businesses

Abstract

Financial and investment component has a significant weight in the economic system. A retrospective analysis of past economic crises indicates a significant role of the financial sector in their development. A good example of the role of finance in the cyclical fluctuations of the economy may be growing in the current crisis of sovereign debt. Also, the financial resources provide growth of the real economy. In credit and financial support of the real economy in general and small businesses in particular are affected by numerous factors which are discussed in the article.
