Abstract

Project work is carried out at all levels of management in accordance with the goals and objectives of the national projects of the country. In recent years, the technologies and tools of project management have changed significantly. Methodological regulations for the project activities organization are being developed, which form methodological basis of the design. The ongoing changes make it important to coordinate all branches of the government when working on projects. Regional projects are developed on the basis of national and relevant federal projects and provide for the implementation of targets at the regional level. The national project Health is one of the most significant ones for the country, and is focused on modernization of the primary health care system, reducing mortality, exporting medical services, and training and digitalization of health system. The purpose of the study was to develop theoretical and practical provisions of the methodology and project activities tools in regional health care. Methods of theoretical and logical analysis, comparative evaluation, critical evaluation of conceptual research of the scientists, system thinking, analysis of indicators and results of project work were used. As a result, the project work relevance at the regional level is substantiated. A literary review is conducted and the opinions of specialists and scientists in the field of project work development are evaluated. The elements of the methodology of project activity are disclosed. The results of the analysis of project management practice in the region are presented.
