Abstract

Der vorliegende Beitrag befasst sich mit dem Einfluss der slowakischen Sprache auf die deutschen Dialekte der Ostslowakei. Die Gliederung des Beitrags erfolgt in drei Kapiteln. Das erste Kapitel bezieht sich auf den gegenwärtigen Stand der slowakischen Gesamtbevölkerung und ihrer Z u g e h ö r i g k e i t z u d e n u n t e r s c h i e d l i c h e n Nationalitäten. Das zweite Kapitel analysiert die deutsche Besiedlung der Ostslowakei seit dem frühen Mittelalter. Diese Analyse beinhaltet die ostslowakischen Komitate Abaujwar, Semplin, Scharosch und Zips. Das dritte Kapitel verfasst den Einfluss des Slowakischen auf die deutschen Dialekte der Ober- und Unterzips sowie den nordwestlichen Teil des Komitats
