Abstract

International transport corridors are considered to be a significant component of the system of international product distribution. The goals and objectives of the development and formation of the ITC on the territory of Russia are determined both by their objective prerequisites and by the importance that the Russian Federation is trying to play in Eurasia in the area of ensuring international interconnections. The development of international transport corridors passing through the territory of Russia is given special importance in the Strategy for the Development of Railway Transport in the Russian Federation until 2030. At the same time, raising the quality level of transportation is one of the priority tasks of stimulating demand for Russian transport services at MTC. The following general scientific research methods were applied as the methodological basis of the research in this article: system and comparative analysis, the theory of strategic planning. Railway development projects, discussed below, contribute to the observance of the interests of our country in other Eurasian areas.
