Crisis del Estado subsidiario y movimiento estudiantil chileno.Un análisis desde la teoría de framing

Abstract

Durante el primer mandato presidencial de Sebastián Piñera, los estudiantes chilenos abrieron un ciclo de movilizaciones que tuvo como una principal razón la crisis del Estado subsidiario. Si bien no es el único factor que explica el origen del movimiento universitario de 2011, este trabajo pretende analizar el proceso de encuadre o framing propuesto por los estudiantes como una variable fundamental para su aparición. En una primera parte se hace una breve conceptualización acerca de framing y movimiento social, para luego explicar el rol del Estado subsidiario en la interpretación de crisis del movimiento universitario.
