Abstract

La comercialización agropecuaria constituye un sistema que combina las relaciones económicas que se establecen entre los hombres desde la producción hasta el consumo de los servicios y bienes que se elaboran, se refiere además al conjunto de actividades desarrolladas con el objetivo de facilitar las ventas de un determinado producto, bienes y servicios. En Cuba, la comercialización de la producción agrícola de los campesinos y las Cooperativas de Producción Agropecuaria, tiene lugar a través de las Empresas Acopiadoras Estatales (Acopio), conforme con los contratos económicos establecidos. El objetivo de este artículo es presentar como se determinó la Cadena de Valores Interno en la UEB de Acopio “Santiago” para gestionar estratégicamente los costos y lograr mayor eficiencia y competitividad contribuyendo a cumplir, de mejor manera, su objeto social.
