Abstract

Este trabajo se enmarca en el estudio de caso del procedimiento contable para el tratamiento de las subvenciones que otorga el presupuesto del estado como tecnología que contribuye al desarrollo de la gestión del gasto público en las entidades del Ministerio de Educación Superior de Cuba, desde la perspectiva de los problemas sociales de la ciencia, la tecnología y la innovación.
