Gestión económico-financiera sostenible de las instituciones de educación superior en Cuba

Abstract

El presente trabajo es resultante de investigaciones realizadas en el proceso de perfeccionamiento de la gestión económico-financiera del Ministerio de Educación Superior (MES) de Cuba, y de la red su Instituciones de Educación Superior (IES), cuyo propósito es el mejoramiento continuo de la gestión del gasto público, lo cual permite alcanzar una planificación y administración financiera más efectiva, eficiente y eficaz del mismo; siendo su aporte más importante el diseño y aplicación de un modelo de gestión sostenible del gasto público que soporta el proceso de planificación estratégica y por ende la planificación financiera a todos sus niveles, en donde se proyectan los recursos necesarios para cumplimentar los objetivos previstos y la eficacia en su uso.
