Propuesta de modelo de gestión de riesgos de cumplimiento tributario en los trabajadores por cuenta propia

Abstract

El surgimiento de nuevas formas de gestión no estatal, entre las que se destacan los trabajadores por cuenta propia, han impactado la gestión de la Oficina Nacional de Administración Tributaria, debido al incremento del número de contribuyentes, los trámites que realizan, el volumen de pagos, los incumplimientos que se han generado, entre otros aspectos que se señalan en la situación problemática y corroborados en el diagnóstico realizado. Para solucionar el problema de cómo mejorar el cumplimiento tributario en los trabajadores por cuenta propia, se diseñó un modelo para la gestión de riesgos de cumplimiento tributario, que se basa en diferentes fases para identificar, seleccionar y actuar sobre los riesgos en los contribuyentes objeto de interés en este trabajo.
