Accordingly, based on the opinions of experts in this field, 55 indicators and primary factors of intelligence were localized for the metropolis of Tabriz and analyzed using Mic Mac software. Then, 16 key factors were introduced using the cross-impact matrix. The findings show that the dimensions of smart economy and smart mobility have the largest contribution as the main variables in these categories and they will play a greater impact on the smart future of Tabriz Metropolis.
