Abstract

China, conocida como la fábrica mundial de producción de artículos y manufactura, de bajo costo, es en ocasiones percibido de baja calidad; sin embargo, está percepción ha evolucionado, ya que la implementación de tecnología y procesos sistematizados, cumplen con los estándares de calidad exigidos por los consumidores. El desconocimiento del proceso de importación por parte de los empresarios, ha ocasionado pérdidas económicas y han sido objeto de prácticas fraudulentas por ignorar este proceso. El objetivo general de esta investigación es desarrollar la planeación y ejecución del proceso de importación de artículos de fiesta para la empresa Persa Elegance, dedicada a la organización de eventos. Se realizó una investigación cualitativa, revisando literatura y actualizaciones legales en materia de comercio exterior; por lo que se concluye que no es redituable adquirir artículos para fiesta de China, como comprador individual, ya que al no contar con un tratado de libre comercio los gravámenes de importación son elevados, disminuyéndose el margen de ganancia.
