Abstract

Toute théorie économique est concernée par deux objectifs: 1) La création de richesses, 2) La répartition des richesses. Par ailleurs, les systèmes économiques à travers le monde et l’histoire comprennent deux secteurs essentiels : un secteur à but non lucratif et un secteur à but lucratif. La richesse est en grande partie créée dans les marchés ou dans le secteur à but lucratif. Le secteur non lucratif se préoccupe essentiellement de la répartition des richesses.
