Abstract

Este ensayo describe el proceso de construcción de conocimiento dentro de un modelo integral de intervención de gobierno en una “villa” del sur de Buenos Aires. El mismo incluyó a un grupo de jóvenes de la comunidad para el diseño y construcción de dispositivos frente a problemáticas socio ambientales locales. Se describe el grado de “apertura” y apropiación de la comunidad frente a cuatro intervenciones, visibilizando la tensión subyacente entre aproximaciones superficiales que “imponen” políticas públicas con fines utilitaristas, y enfoques ontológicos que buscan activar un encuentro con la comunidad y su participación activa.
