Sistema Tributario como dispositivo de la economía neoliberal

Abstract

Este ensayo nace de una charla llamada: “Sistema Tributario Chileno: un dispositivo de la economía neoliberal, creador de desigualdad”, que he dictado en la sexta región a más de quinientas personas en las que se encuentran jóvenes, ancianos, profesores, obreros, etc. Audiencias que en su mayoría no tenían conocimientos respectos del tema tributario y su significancia económica. Por lo que creo que el sistema tributario, es un gran amarre de la dictadura que ha pasado un poco desapercibido, por la mayoría de las personas, como modelo, ya que como sistema estamos todos cubiertos por él, porque todos somos contribuyentes.
