Rationalisation sociale et « éthique économique » de l'entreprise

Abstract

« Enterprise ethics » may be studied from the viewpoint of macro-economics, under the angle of « affinities » and tensions between ethic systems and productive systems. This analysis will have to be refined and completed via a more micro perspective based on the empirical research of the concrete forms taken by these « enterprise ethics ». To this end, two kinds of approaches may be combined: the analysis of relations between means and ends, and that of relations between organizational structures and enterprise values.
