Abstract

Bu araştırmanın amacı liselerde ergenlik dönemi sorunları ve duygu düzenleme stratejileri arasındaki ilişkiyi incelemektir Araştırmanın evrenini Zonguldak ilinde öğrenim gören ortaöğretim öğrencileri oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmanın örneklem grubunu ise Zonguldak’ta ortaöğretimde öğrenim gören 311 öğrenci oluşturmaktadır. Araştırma kapsamına dahil edilen öğrenciler uygun örnekleme yoluyla seçilmiştir. Öğrencilerin 161’i erkek 150’si kızlardan oluşmaktadır. Veri toplama araçları olarak “Duygu Düzenleme Ölçeği” ve “Ergenlik Dönemi Sorunları Ölçeği” kullanılmıştır. Veri analizinde Pearson Momentler Çarpımı Korelasyon Katsayısı hesaplanmıştır. Araştırma bulgularına göre lise öğrencilerinin ergenlik dönemi sorunları ve duygu düzenleme stratejileri arasında anlamlı bir ilişki bulunamamıştır. Öğrencilerin duygu düzenleme stratejileri puanları cinsiyet ve sınıf düzeyine göre farklılaşmamaktadır. Ergenlik dönemi sorunları puanlarında cinsiyete göre farklılaşma bulunamazken sınıf düzeyine göre anlamlı bir farklılık tespit edilmiştir. Araştırma sonunda elde edilen bulgular psikolojik danışma ve rehberlikle ilişkilendirilmiş ve yapılacak diğer araştırmalar için öneriler tartışılmıştır.
