Abstract

Spanish abstract. En la presente investigación se caracteriza brevemente el contexto en el que se desarrolla la Gestión del Conocimiento y se describe el proceso de Identificación del Conocimiento. Se realiza un análisis sobre la trayectoria que ha alcanzado la implementación del proceso de Perfeccionamiento Empresarial en Cuba. Se proponen las pautas para identificar el conocimiento que requiere la aplicación del Perfeccionamiento Empresarial; y finalmente se confecciona un mapa del conocimiento en aras de contribuir al funcionamiento de dicho proceso. English abstract. This research briefly characterizes the context in which knowledge management is developed and describes knowledge process identification. In particular, the trajectory reached on the implementation of business improvement process in Cuba is analysed. Guidelines are proposed to identify the knowledge required in the application of business improvement and finally a map of knowledge is proposed in order to contribute to the operation of the process
