La crisis de los desahucios en España

Abstract

En este artículo se analizarán una de las consecuencias socioeconómicas de la burbuja inmobiliaria y crediticia que estuvo asociada al crecimiento económico en España: los desahucios. En primer lugar se estudiará cómo han evolucionado los datos sobre lanzamientos en los últimos años. En segundo lugar, las respuestas que desde los entes públicos se han ido sucediendo a este fenómeno de origen económico pero, ahora, de profundo calado social. Finalmente, ante la insuficiente respuesta pública, se identifican las iniciativas colectivas como germen de innovación social, y se perfila el marco teórico de la innovación social y la economía social como referencia innovadora y muy útil para analizar la situación actual y lanzar algunas propuestas de superación de dicha crisis.
