Investigación: La inflación argentina en la postconvertibilidad: una lectura alternativa

Abstract

Luego de una trayectoria histórica de procesos inflacionarios e hiperinflacionarios en Argentina, se logró, a través del Plan de Convertibilidad, alcanzar un período de casi diez años de estabilidad de precios, donde las tasas de inflación se vieron efectivamente contenidas. Sin embargo, luego del final dramático que sufrió dicho plan, la problemática del aumento sostenido de precios volvió a ocupar un lugar fundamental en la agenda pública, en los titulares de los medios de comunicación y, fundamentalmente, en la preocupación de los ciudadanos y ciudadanas del país. El presente trabajo aborda la problemática del proceso inflacionario argentino en el período de la postconvertibilidad, desde una perspectiva heterodoxa, pretendiendo aportar a las lecturas alternativas que se están construyendo en relación a este fenómeno tan polémico.
