Abstract

El presente artículo explica el contenido e importancia de la ley "Ley para la Protección de las Obtenciones Vegetales" y el Acuerdo Internacional sobre el mismo tema para Costa Rica, ante una realidad internacional más competitiva y moderna. Ambos instrumentos recientemente incorporados al ordenamiento jurídico nacional.
