La incomunicación social en la globalización de las técnicas comunicativas

Abstract

El ensayo analiza la comunicación como una relación social inextricablemente unida a la vida de las personas, organizaciones y sociedades. La comunicación no es una relación unilateral, parcial o privada, supone e implica un compromiso que va más allá de interacción entre sujetos, para articular circunstancias, culturas y sociedades, es la interrelación de subjetividades, historias y contextos. La privatización de la transmisión de mensajes interesados y unilaterales, dejan sin derecho a voz a la colectividad. La opinión y la política pública, fundadas por la democracia y la igualdad jurídica, en la constitución del sistema, derivado en opiniones y políticas privadas.
