Pautas para la definición de salarios

Abstract

La definición de salarios es uno de los puntos más críticos dentro del ejercicio de la dirección general de la empresa, debido a la dificultad de aplicar la justicia en la determinación de la remuneración que cada uno de sus colaboradores merece según su contribución particular en el logro de los resultados organizacionales. Bajo esta perspectiva, el fin primordial de este artículo es la presentación de una opción factible de remuneración para los miembros de una organización, según el desempeño individual y los resultados obtenidos por la empresa durante un período dado.
