La declaración universal de los derechos del hombre y sus conceptos de libertad e igualdad: una aproximación axiológica desde el prisma bobbiano

Abstract

Este artículo tiene como objetivo estudiar la Declaración Universal de los Derechos Humanos. Se analizan los valores fundamentales contenidos en la declaración, utilizando las ideas de Norberto Bobbio. Se concluye que el texto aprobado por la Organización de Naciones Unidas en 1948, es una referencia necesaria en el ámbito jurídico internacional, a pesar de que no es vinculante y obligatoria para los Estados.
