La Venta De Empresas Costarricenses A La Inversion Extranjera: Una Aproximación Desde La Perspectiva Académica

Abstract

La Escuela de Administración de Negocios y el Instituto de Investigaciones en Ciencias Económicas (IICE) de la Universidad de Costa Rica presentan los resultados más relevantes de la primera fase de un estudio exploratorio sobre las condiciones que afectan la dinámica de la venta de capital nacional a la inversión extranjera, en los últimos 10 años (2002-2012). Este artículo recoge la perspectiva de un grupo de veinticinco académicos cuyo conocimiento y experiencia permiten un acercamiento al tema desde el ámbito de la Educación Superior, así como del análisis que pueden hacer de la realidad empresarial en la que han estado inmersos. De esta manera, se ofrece a la comunidad nacional e internacional una primera percepción sobre este complejo fenómeno y su relación con el papel que desempeñan las Escuelas de Negocios en el proceso a fin de aportar en el desarrollo socioeconómico, educativo y cultural del país.
