Abstract

En los últimos años, el sector inmobiliario peruano ha crecido de manera importante debido al incremento de los ingresos de las familias, a la mejora en las condiciones del crédito hipotecario y al impulso del Estado, con ocasión de la implementación de programas de financiamiento hipotecario para construcción de viviendas.
