Abstract

While living in the modern era, the technological innovation happens so fast that affects daily producing changes in human habits, trend of activities and working trends. On the other hand, it is a great challenge for the companies to be up to date and putting in place the new emerged business solutions. Competitiveness on the market has never been more tight resulting in bringing new products, constant improving customer experience, user friendly solutions, doing banking at any time, at any place, securely, precise, now. The regulations also must be aligned to the technological capabilities and customer demands in order for the banks to be able to develop and act in the benefit of clients, constantly adopting innovation.
