Abstract

In this article I have tried to present some aspects concerning the special means of challenging the enforcement procedure, provided by art. 62 – 63 of the Law no. 58/1938 on the bills of exchange and the promissory notes. These articles contain special rules on the object of the contestation/opposition, the term in which this means of challenging the enforcement procedure can be amended by the claimant and evidence which can be presented before the court.
