NOUVELLES REGLÉMENTATIONS CONCERNANT les infractions de corruption PAR RAPPORT À LA LEGISLATION EUROPÉENNE

Abstract

Cet article vise à mettre en évidence la réglementation des infractions de corruption dans les différents pays d'Europe. Donc, pour commencer, il y a un aperçu de la corruption en Roumanie, en marquant des actes normatifs incidents dans le domaine, voir le Code Pénal et la Loi No.78/2000 sur la prévention, la découverte et la sanction de la corruption. On va présenter après les dispositions législatives en Hongrie, en Allemagne, en Irlande, au Royaume-Uni, la France et la République Tchèque.
