Poder De Voto Y Valor De Shapley: Una Revisión Teórica–Práctica Aplicada Al Congreso De La Unión De México

Abstract

El presente artículo busca analizar las relaciones de poder que se establecen entre las diferentes fracciones parlamentarias que integran el Congreso de la Unión de México (Cámara de Diputados y Cámara de Senadores). Se utilizan dos conceptos básicos: el poder de voto y el valor de Shapley. La estructura argumentativa de la investigación será una primera parte con los conceptos elementales de teoría de juegos, continuaremos con el análisis de la medida clásica de la relación entre las fracciones: el poder de voto, en el tercer apartado se verá la propuesta de la teoría de juegos a este problema: el valor de Shapley, proseguiremos con una comparación entre ambas medidas y, finalmente, presentaremos las principales conclusiones que se derivan de este análisis.
