Análisis Del Entorno Externo De Las Empresas Morelianas

Abstract

El objetivo central del artículo es identificar y analizar las fuerzas y variables del medio ambiente que pueden significar oportunidades y/o amenazas para las empresas de la ciudad de Morelia, Michoacán. Se hizo el seguimiento del entorno externo distinguiendo cuatro tipos de fuerzas y tendencias: económicas, tecnológicas, socioculturales y políticas. Se aplicaron cuestionarios pre-codificados a diez empresarios de la ciudad industrial de Morelia para conocer su percepción acerca del entorno externo. Obviamente, la muestra de empresarios entrevistados no es representativa, por lo que las conclusiones aquí presentadas deben tomarse como una ilustración y no como afirmaciones concluyentes acerca de la orientación, ideas y criterios que sigue el empresario moreliano para enfrentar el medio ambiente.
