Las Iniciativas Locales En Las Comunidades De Alta Migración Internacional

Abstract

En un contexto de fuerte globalización que supone una reestructuración económica internacional se plantea la necesidad de reformular y/o redefinir el concepto mismo de desarrollo. En ese sentido, el autor plantea que una respuesta a ese marco ha sido la adopción de estrategias agresivas por parte de los actores locales que ven peligrar la estabilidad y progreso de las regiones y aquí juega un papel de suma importancia el llamado ahorro migrante que llega a convertirse en algunas regiones una fuente da capital productivo que contribuye al crecimiento económico de México.
