Reorganización social y territorial para la distribución del agua. El caso del Distrito de Riego Morelia-Queréndaro

Abstract

La competencia por el agua en cantidad y calidad han llevado a considerar este recurso como escaso. Lo anterior, se desarrolla de manera paralela a un creciente retiro del Estado de actividades antes consideradas de su competencia. Destaca la emergencia del nivel local para la gestión del recurso. En el presente trabajo se aborda la reorganización social y territorial que ha tenido lugar en el DDR Morelia-Queréndaro, señalandose que las formas de organización para la gestión, asi como las reglas de distribución del agua conllevan la jerarquización de los intereses en conflicto.
