Abstract

This theoretical paper is based on previous articles written by the author. Indeed, we believe that the organizations must be analyzed beyond the classic opposition between mechanistic and organic organizations (Burn and Stakler, 1961 Wine et al., 2006). The organizations in the health sector are seen as a relational organization. We explore the potential outcomes of this vision of the organization.
