    Abstract

    [fre] Cet article propose des d'interprétation de l'origine et l'orientation des actuellement en cours dans les pays de l'Est. Ces éléments sont tirés de l'étude des rapports entre socialisme et planification du réexamen du débat des trente, qui opposa O. Lange à F. von Hayek sur la question du « socialisme de marché». A une critique l'article de 1936-37 d'O. Lange : « la théorie économique du socia- lisme», publié dans ce numéro, fait suite une relecture de l'article de 1945 de F.A. von Hayek : « L'information et la société », republié dans le numéro d'automne 1986 de la R.F.E. [eng] This article proposes some elements for an interpretation of the origin and orientation of the recent changes in the Eastern countries. Those elements come from the study of historical links between socialism and planification and from the debate which took place during the thirties opposing O. Lange to FA Von Hayek about "market socialism". After a critic of O. Lange's paper (1936-37) : "On economic theory of socialism" publicated here, F.A. Van Hayek's article "Information and Society" (1945) is discussed.
