Abstract

[fre] Les méthodes de détermination l'indicateurs de valeur ayant la dimension de prix pour les composantes du patrimoine naturel. . Dans cet article, nous tentorjs de restituer une image clarifiée des développements méthodologiques orientés vers une évaluation de divers services d'environnement livrés par des actifs naturels hors marché ou mal pris en compte par le marché. Constatant que ces actifs naturels sont utilisés aussi bien comme générateurs de services finals que comme facteurs de production, nous attirons l'attention sur les méthodes utilisables dans ce deuxième cas. Nous poursuivons notre réflexion en indiquant qu'au-delà de l'existence de méthodes et de résultats empiriques pour l'évaluation des services d'environnement, il faut constater et intégrer les effets de l'incompatibilité entre certaines fonctions, comme ceux de l'utilisation intertemporelle. Cela conduit à démontrer le rôle essentiel d'un coût marginal d'opportunité généralisé comme indicateur de valeur à dimension de prix. In this article we present an overview of valuation methods for various environmental services that are provided by natural goods, outside the market or inadequately taken into account by the market. Noting that natural goods may be utilized as final service or as production factors, we draw attention to the methods that can be used in the latter case. Beyond the existence of methods and empirical results for the valuation of environmental services, one needs to take into account incompatibilities between certain functions, and between uses at different times. This highlights the essential role played by the generalized marginal opportunity cost as value indicator with the dimension of price.
